The Trail Masons' first official event at Wyandotte County Lake Park to celebrate National Public Lands Day was a great success. Many thanks to the 26 volunteers that cleared corridor for about 3/4 mile of new trail and bench cut nearly 1/2 mile of trail. The weather was great, cool and overcast through most of the day. We had one group that started at about 8:00am and then another group showed up just before lunch and worked until about 3:30pm. We had plenty of tools compliments of Gerber Legendary blades and great give aways from Dynamic Earth. Read more about the event at www.wycotrails.com
